When ordering a free trial and would like to stop subscription before the monthly charge…?
…do the free trial productions have to be in the exact same condition they came?
See here’s the situation:
I ordered a free trial of the Acai Fit pills. It says I have a 14 day free trial and that I can cancel my subscription at any time. This is because it charges a whopping 75 dollars a month for the club membership and I seriously cannot afford that. However, when I checked how I am supposed to cancel the order, it says this on the site:
hould you decide you do not want to continue to receive Acai-Fit, you have 14 days from your order date to contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
By returning your free trial product/s to our Receiving Department within 21 days from the date you ordered with your RMA number, you will not be billed for or receive future products.
But if I were to return the products, does that mean all the pills still have to be there? Wouldn’t that defeat the point of a free trial?
Nope usually it just means to return the unused portion. Obviously you bought them to try them so that’s what they expect. Call the number, get it cancelled because those places don’t play around with their money. I would also still check your bank account/credit card after the fact to make sure that they still don’t charge you. Keep their 800 number just in case you have billing issues down the line. But, yeah, just call them, get the number and send back your unused portion.
